  • Pricing policy
    Steelrite is committed to staying competitive with pricing on all products. We cannot guarantee to match prices of other suppliers, however we often can price-match.
    Please talk to our sales staff if you have a price-matching query or any other pricing related query.
  • Refunds policy
    Steelrite gladly refunds products returned within 14 days.
    * proof of purchase is required
    * goods must be in their original state, without cuts or markings
    * a restocking fee may apply 
    * refunds are made by EFTPOS or in cash up to $500
    * refunds over $500 will require bank transfer by our accounts department
  • Exchanges
    Steelrite gladly provides credit upon exchange of goods.

    Steelrite reserves the right to refuse a refund for “change of mind”, to elect whether to exchange or apply credit etc.

Our Customer Service

Steelrite responds to most email and website contact form queries within 24 hours (or 1 business day).

Quote requests are acknowledged within 24 hours (or 1 business day), with the majority of quotes submitted to the customer within 48 hours (or 2 business days).

Steelrite usually answers all calls immediately although sometimes we do get a little busy on the phone. When a customer leaves a voice message, we will respond within 24 hours (or 1 business day).
